Cutting Unit

Our cutting unit is well equiped with -

1. Masterjis (Tailors) - Our amazing team of Masterji makes the magic happen. We take pride in their extensive knowledge of cutting techniques and garment fits.
2. Manual Cutting Divison - Hand Shears Cutting Scissors for Made-to-Measure production orders and sampling.
3. Semi-Automatic Cutting Division - Round Knife Cutting Machines for smaller MOQ production orders, and Straight Knife Cutting Machines for bulk production orders.
4. Knitwear Cutting Division - Rib Cutting Machines for our knitwear production orders.

Sitching and Finishing Unit

Our Stitching and Finished Unit is well equiped with -

1. Karigars (Workers) - Our hard working team of Karigars bring life to our fabrics. We are thankful for their efforts to deliver amazing garments.
2. Sewing Division - SNLS Juki Machines for seaming and attachments.
3. Finishing Division - Overlock Machines (5 Thread) for smooth garment finish and high garment strength. Flatlock Machines for elastics and pocketing. Hemming Machines along with Bartack Machines for trousers, skirts and shorts. Button and Buttonhole machines for perfect grip and fit.

Printing Unit

Our Printing Unit is well equiped with -

1. Screen Printing - Flat-bed Screen Printing machine for single and duo color prints that last long.
2. Heat Transfer - Sublimation Printing Machines for brand logos, motifs and complex prints.
3. DTF - Direct to Garment Printer for low MOQ branding requirements.

Embroidery Unit

Our Embroidery Unit is well equiped with -

12-Head Computerised Embroidery Machines for fine designs and long lasting brand impressions.

Quality Control Unit

Our QC is inspired by Intertek Guides and implemented through ISO Quality Management Systems. The 2 Stage Quality Control Unit follows quality checks at -

1. Fabric Stage - The fabric sourced from our trusted partner mills is tested for weight, color fastness, shrinkage and shade variation,
2. Garment Stage - The finished uniforms are checked for defects like stains, holes, weak stitching, buttoning and zipper strength, lining, prints and embroidery.

Sampling Unit

Our dedicated Atelier Unit houses merchadisers, designers and sampling Masters. They are responsible for research, development and experimentation with new fabrics, designs and fits.

Stock Warehouse

Our Stock Warehouse houses the most selling and industry-wide used uniforms and workwear for your urgent requirements. We always have stock of our catalogue designs. Our stock include Chefwear, F&B Wear, Medical Wear, Factory Wear, Housekeeping Wear, Security Wear, Graduation and Advocate Wear, Polos and Ties.

Fabric Warehouse

Our Fabric Warehouse houses the most used fabrics from our trusted mill partners. To name a few, we always maintain stock of fabrics like Yarn Dyed Trovin, Metty, Cotton Drill, Gabardine, Cotton Poplin, Chamray, Lusture Venture, and other fabrics.
